Lover Boy, I don’t think any of us realized the ride he would take us on. He is the go to calving ease sire in the Simmental breed, they come easy, they grow, and they look the part. He makes the kind of cattle that hit your replacement pen, turn out his sons as herd bulls, and make future donors. Good cattle make good cattle and he is no exception. His daughters and son’s have been sale highlights across the country, he has been used on some of the best donors the industry has, and he’s made high dollar cattle.

It is pretty amazing when a first calf heifer’s calf can stand in the winners circle wearing purple but even better than that is when that female comes into the calving pen, good uddered, good footed, solid made, and can lay down and have her own calf.
